do you have a whisk or electric mixer? separate the eggs, whites in one bowl and yellows in another. beat the whites to stiff then beat the yellows to very pale lemon and thick. blend together with some milk and you have egg nog. You can add a couple tablespoons of sugar and a dash of nutmeg for flavor. Much easier to drink than just whisking up the egg! That is sort of slimey!!
