why such small hash brown rounds??
sure it sounds good but all the tiny stuff takes longer to fiddle with than larger bits.

I make those about 4 inches across! and I don't bother micro chopping anything, regular mincing is good enough.

It's kind of hard to go wrong with Garlic, bacon, onions and hash browns . . .
