Do I Have a Mental Disorder?
Hi. I was just wondering if I'm going crazy. (Mental disorders do not constitute as being crazy. I know.)
But so not only is my mind split into two separate parts, one that is me and one that constantly insults me, but I worry over everything. I can see almost every negative outcome for something. And if you give me any topic I can usually find at least two things I can worry about without even thinking too hard.
My chest is usually really tight, and I'm always on edge.
