No. Most girls do not have to however some girls do wax their upper lip area due to hormones causing them to grow hair in that area.

it depends...some girls grow little amounts of hair on their face and get that taken off (shaved, waxed, etc.) but some girls just don't have any. most girls don't have like a lot of hair on their face though, in general girls are pretty hairless on their face naturally.

Unless they have alopecia, no one is naturally hairless. All humans have hair, women just happen to more fine hair (with the exception of women with certain conditions)

Some wax they're their moustache area and eyebrows (or pluck them)

some do most just wax
