Your boarding pass will tell you exactly what pier you board from. So your choices are use a Princess transfer or a taxi. You can also check for a shuttle service if your coming straight from the airport.
Go to cruisecritic.com and join up(it's free) then go to your roll call. You can bet someone there have ideas on how to get to the port.

The best way to be sure is to contact Princess directly.
As for options. If you are talking about going from CP to Ballentyne, you are really only talking about 5 miles, so a taxi is probably the easiest and would not be that cost prohibitive. There is also public transportation but if you are taking several suitcases and bags it may not be worth the hassle to try and save a few dollars. If you are staying at CP, you may want to see if your hotel offers a shuttle. If you are parking there, again see if the parking lot/garage offers a shuttle.
