How to start out in F1 racing?
Ok let's say you come from a pretty poor family so you don't have money to go and buy a Formula one car. And lets say you plan on going into engineering and mechanics. What can I do to start out as a rookie in F1? Can I take loans out of banks or get major company's to sponsor me? How? Thanks-(Im trying to prove a point to someone) Thanks again!

If you havent graduated through the junior ranks of racing, such as karting, GP2, formula ford etc, then in reality your chances at F1 are slim to non.
Most of the stars of F1 started at age 4 or 5 years old and by the time theyre in their twenties, they have already won several championships at the junior levels of racing !

Nobody buys a Formula 1 car. The teams build their own. Many drivers have personal sponsors to help out. We're talking millions of dollars here. Many millions. Doubtful a bank will give you that kind of loan. I would highly suggest a subscription to F1 Magazine. You will learn what it takes to get into F1. http://www.f1racing.co.uk/

being poor doesn't help, but like anyone, start out in karts. in the beginning, that's still reasonably affordable. if you start winning, you'll have a chance to attract sponsors. maybe after winning a few championships, you can get into formula cars. usually it takes 3-7 years to get into f1, profided you are good enough and have enough backing.
i don't know what point you are trying to prove, but getting into f1 isn't a point of money only. even someone like pastor maldonado, who has huge backing, is able to deliver (spain 2012).

AHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA
You really think a company is going to sponsor a total rookie? You really think a bank will give you a loan for that purpose?
