Pounding in the back of my head?
I took a nap, and me and my mother were about to go to the music shop. I got up and the back of my head immediatly started pounding with pain and it's making me dizzy. Im starting to feel really warm, and it's still faintly pounding after about 10 minutes. It's not exactly a headache, but it just hurts. It doesnt feel like im going to vomit, it's not that kind of pain. What can i do to relieve this?

You should consult a medical professional for advice. It's probably just a headache of one kind or another, but it's better to be safe than sorry, particularly with the dizziness.

I'm pretty sure it's just the blood going to your legs after sitting for such a long amount of time. The same thing happens to me and a lot of other people, just take your time and don't get up too fast.
