Which is better PAL or NTSC?

I know NTSC has more frame-per-second and that PAL give a better picture quality.

But which out of the two is better?

I'm planning on buying a PS4 but I have an option of getting either of the two versions.

I usually play multiplayer games like Battlefield,FIFA etc so which one would you recommend for me?

Which one would you rather buy?

    PAL & NTSC don't really have much relevance nowadays. either is fine.

    You have to buy the version that matches the TV system in your location.
