Como ensinar meu cachorro a avançar nas pessoas?

Na minha rua tem um pessoal insuportável: é mulecada chutando bola no portão, é vendedor que fica chamando na hora do almoço....

Então eu gostaria que alguém me ensinasse um método,um comando, para fazer meu cachorro (um pastor alemão chamado Lilo) a avançar nessas pessoas. Pode até dar umas mordiscadinha, sem arrancar sangue.
