He's another year removed from Tommy John surgery, so I don't see there being an innings limit placed on him like there was in 2012. He's much more valuable to that team throwing as many innings as possible, so I don't see what putting him in the bullpen will do to help his team win games.

As a diehard Nats fan...hell no. He didn't have an innings limit last year, so why would he have one this year. I still think he is the best pitcher on the nats. There is no way the nats will put him in the bullpen this season...or for at least the next 10 seasons.

He should do whatever his manager and GM think is best for him and the team. No one here is close enough to the situation to know what is really going on.
