How many more fans?
I built a computer and it runs well, but I was wondering if I need more fans. I have the one built into my power supply, the one for my CPU and the one for my GPU. There are some grates on the front and a square mesh which looks like it's meant for a fan. Do I need any more fans and if so, how many?
NOTE: Cheap ones with links appreciated

Put on in front blowing in, and one in back blowing out if possible. The idea is to provide a steady airflow through the case.
Better cases have top mounted fans blowing out, and possibly a side mounted, blowing in on the video card

If your power supply (PSU) is bottom mounted (fan down) it is a close air path. It cools the PSU, but doesn't affect anything else one way or another. If top mounted (typically with fan pulling air from inside the case) it will help with airflow through the case, helping to cool other components. (Downside is that it is pulling warmer air into the PSU than if pulling air in from bottom of case.)
Not knowing what you have (case size/type and what you are running in it, it is difficult to say exactly what you might truly NEED. I agree with Roy, that you might need one or two. One in the front would be especially useful, and you might use one exhausting air at the rear. Bestbuy, Amazon, Newegg, and others have them. Like Roy said, bestbuy has some nice ones around 9 bucks.
