You must have protein and all it's essential amino acids or you risk muscle wasting and illness. On a diet like that, you might not be well enough to go to a wedding. Why not just cut back on the amount you eat, stay away from fast food, throw in some vegetables and lean meat or at least some tofu for protein, and drink lots of water. You'll lose weight, and even feel great. P.S. Exercising every day will double your progress.

enjoy sweet ice cream but go for ones made out of goat s milk or almond milk for half the calories

pineapple, and blueberries. blueberries burn belly fat almost instintaniously. and pineapple burns body fat
