losing weight, worsening memory, tremors, tiny muscle twitches, what's up with this? 20 years of age?

I've been having progressively worsening memory, a permanent "spaced out" feeling in my head, trouble concentrating, a bit paranoid feeling, and episodes of insomnia over the past year. I've been seeing doctors for this, however none of them have been able to help me. I recently had a trip to the neurologist and explained my issues but all I ws given recently was an ncv and emg, with no diagnosis or abnormalties found. I fear I am losing my mind at a young age and have read about things from cjd to early dementia and even genetic causes even though I don't have a family history of mental illnesses. Please, wht do you guys think? I have a second neuro visit in a bit to investigate this more but don't have the funds or even insurance to keep this up for long.

Usually a scan can indicate signs of dementia and the fact that there was no diagnosis suggests that there isn't a neurological problem here. Try writing a diary of your exact experiences with these symptoms over a couple of months. It might help you decide whether or not it's worth another trip to the doctor. Take it to the doctor, and it might help them diagnose you if there is something wrong.
