First haircut of my life please help!!?

I'm a 17 year old guy and because of my religion I have been allowed to cut my hair but I'm still going to soon. Because of tying my hair up my whole life, I have a receding hair line. Here's a picture.

    Try aiming for a spiked hairstyle. As the short article describes. It looks pretty attractive imo. Google the hairstyle suggested in the article.
