20 years old, sCJD, vCjD, worries about perma-brain fog, muscle twitches over past 2 years?

I am a young black college student. Over the past few years I've had an increase in a feeling of brain fog, to the point now where math is a chore, I make simple errors often, I stop mid convo to gather my thoughts, I'm tired 24/7 and can never get enought sleep even though my body refuses to let me sleep long. I'm between a rock and a hard place, nd so scared of what is to come. I know it's a far-cry for these health ailments to be the ones in the title, but I'm so scared because of the dream-like state I'm always in.
