The New rules are not the New rules. The law has not been passed.
International Students are in Canada to study. When you are finished school you are expected to GO HOME.
Some students in some fields of study may qualify to apply for visa in some job fields that have high demand when they graduate. They might get a visa.
There is no go to school in Canada get a job and live here program.
Some qualify to apply . Some that apply get a visa.
It all depends on what you study and the job market in that field when you graduate.
Bill C24 is not the law. It has not been passed it may be altered before it is passed. You will get a definite answer WHEN it is the new law.
