What method do you use to relieve the stress? Do you think it is shortening your lifespan?

    Relaxation can help to relieve the symptoms of stress. It can help you calm down and take a step back from a stressful situation. All relaxation techniques combine breathing more deeply with relaxing the muscles. Don't worry if you find it difficult to relax at first. It's a skill that needs to be learned and it will come with practice. Yoga and tai chi are both good forms of exercise that may help to improve breathing and relaxation.

    "they might be a little discouraged by men making a dollar to our 75 cents" Where'd you get that figure? You REALLY think that you make 25% less doing the exact same job, exact same qualifications, same time working there, same effort and enthusiasm, and same initiative to get a promotion, no other real responsibilities? Why the hell would someone hire a man over a woman for 25% less? Rule of economics beats hollistic propaganda any day.
