Basically, they are asking why you want to be a teacher and what approach you will take to teaching.
eg. are you just going to give students books and tell them to read.. (as a bad example).
How are you going to get them interested in the subject, keep their interest, help them come up with experiments / hypothesis & test or solve problems etc. - or whatever approach you will take.
It needs to be in your words & from your point of view.
