what are your thoughts on judgmental christians?

We all need to act with more love.

Matthew 7: 1-2 Judge not, that you be not judged.

2 For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged: and with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you again.

Matthew 7: 3-5

3And why do you notice the mote that is in your brother's eye, but ignore the beam that is in your own eye?... 5 You are a hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of your own eye; and then you will see clearly to cast out the mote in your brother's eye.

Love is all that matters.

Grow in love.

Why are you so judgmental?

Are you not judging when you claim that there are judgmental Christians?

If you drive a car, do you stop at red lights? Are you not judging whether or not the light is red or green?

Do you look both ways before you cross a road? Is that not a judgment call?

Judging is not always wrong. Condemnation is wrong, but not judgment.

What, you want us to judge judgmental Christians? Wouldn't that be an act of hypocrisy?

I assume this question is meant as an irony.

Being judgemental, narrow-minded and intolerant are part of the core beliefs of Christianity so you could say at least the are being consistant.

You mean the ones who FEEL that they have a NEED to "share" their beliefs with me? By starting out and telling me that THEIR religion is the only 'TRUE' religion? And when I try to ask questions, they get very angry and defensive?

My aunt was like that. She controlled every conversation. Don't ask, don't comment; just listen and agree.

Non-starter. All people are judgmental. The first people to throw stones are usually those who hide behind Jesus like his haters instead of standing with Him as His brothers.

That judgemental Christians are judgemental and judge others with their judgement which they believe is in line with Gods judgement.

Real Christians know that God will be the final judge.

True christians strive to follow the "light of jesus" and to be more christlike. Jesus wouldn't judge so you shouldn't either.

I don't like to judge.

BUT they are terrible hypocrites.
