Xbox one or PS4 which to choose.................?

Question

Yea know alot ppl make questions like this but i put money down on gamestops Xbox one layaway program,i was also kind thinking if i should just build my money towards a PS4 with the layaway program and buy the PS4,cause i know i had a PS4 before and sold it,so now im kind of regretting it,so you dont have to explain to me if the PS4 is good or not cause i know but my main concern is should i get the Xbox one over the PS4,cause im not a fanboy but i like there exclusives like Halo,Gears of war and Fable,like was the pros and cons about it,can someone give me a full detail

PS4 is definitely the gaming console for gamers this gen, like the 360 was last gen. It will have the best quality games from third-parties, and will also have many amazing first-party games that stretch the consoles power out the the max. And unlike the Xbox One, which has adopted a 'Jack of all trades, master of none' mentality, the PS4 is clearly dedicated to games/gaming and things will only get better as time goes on.

Eventough the ps4 has better hardware i think the xbox one is better in terms of software and not being just a "games console". For example on the xbox one if you are stuck on a level you can just say xbox snap "game" walkthrough and it would but the ps4 wont do that. So i guess xbox is better as a multimedia device whereas the ps4 is purely for gaming. ( btw xbox one has titanfall)

PS4, I have friends who own both and they clearly say PS4 is much better that Xbox One.
