on the request of Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act (OCILLA) a part of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 Server has disable access of http://movies.justfreedownload.info/ , because a company said the copy right material has been posted about "youngistaan-free-download-full-movie-2014".
But some of the website like torrentsnap dot com/oru-indian-pranaya-katha are running same type of copyrighted material .
I just understand which type of permission and from where need to be taken to run ?
The owner of the website requesting yo data center to enable it . But What should he need to do so that in future this will not happened .

Those Warez sites still accessible have simply operat4ed 'under the radar' and have so far avoided legal action though they are as guilty of copyright violation as justfreedownload, there are many thousands of these sites, too many for copyright holders to file DMCA Complaint for all. They sites can also stay one step ahead of the legal system by just moving to a new address and changing it's name.
