Something really upsetting me?
There is something that is really upsetting me. I am 21 years old and I have suffered from acne for over 10 years. It is triggered by eating.
This is very difficult because eating whilst watching tv/a movie is my way of relaxing on my own and taking my mind off life and all its problems. I need it. I don’t think that there is anything wrong with that.
But I am not able to do this because every time I eat something (no matter what it is) spots appear on my face.
I don’t feel that I can go to a doctor because of past experiences when they don’t take me seriously and they think I’m wasting their time. I have seen a nutritionist twice and followed her advice and changed my diet but it hasn’t helped.
I don’t know what to do. I can’t cope with it any more.
Thank you,
Sam

You can eat berries or strawberries they help a lot. Also there are special creams and soaps that help acnes go away. Melissa soaps help a lot but you have to make sure they can be used for your face when youre buying them. Cream: Clinique anti-blemish solutions cleansing foam and Clinique all-over clearing treatment are used together. Clinique dark spot corrector is useful too. I use all of these and my face is so soft and dry. Good luck. I wish it works ;)
