I've turned off all three valves flowing from the tank in loft in turn and none seem to isolate the bathroom cold water.?

I've also tried the mains stop ****. Any ideas? Ive never tried any llumbing before but im reluctant to drain the tank in case it effects the heating system. Any advice would be welcome.

Turn all valves to off position,1 maybe to feed hot water cylinder,1 for downstairs and 1 for bathroom, flush toilet, open all cold taps except for bathroom, then open one valve at a time, listen for or get second person to listen/watch for which taps start running.Should help identify which valve is for bathroom, also possible is that the valve for bathroom is broken.
