I'm using an iPhone 4s on iOS 7. Jailbroken using evasi0n. Make sure you jailbroken your device (any device that runs on iOS 7.0.1 to iOS 7.0.6 and not iOS 7.1) using the latest release of evasi0n jailbreak software. Be sure that anything you installed other than from Apple (iTunes, App Store, etc.) are safe and compatible with your device. Don't have too many tweaks running at the same time... it'll cause crazy lag (I mean it, using the same device as you, having many tweaks at a time makes even swiping to another page a pain in the neck). Clean up your multitasking screen (double tap home button) and swipe apps up. Having too many apps at a go can make your device lag as well as drain battery. If all else fails, then I guess re-jailbreaking is the only option. However, through iTunes (computer), it will upgrade your firmware (if it is 7.0.6, upgrade --> 7.1). Don't try this step yet. Good luck. Hope this helps. If you need more help, e-mail me at hemisphericx@yahoo.com.

It might be that you have a incompatible tweak downloaded from Cydia or you might have lots of tweaks. Try removing the recent tweaks you have added. If it doesn't work then remove jailbreak (you will have to format your iPod) but first take a backup of your iPod on iTunes (unfortunately you cant backup cydia on iTunes) and then restore iPod. This should work, if it doesn't then you probably have a virus on your iPod, the only way you can get virus on a iPod is by jailbreaking, you might have messed up while jailbreaking.
