Where will halley's comet be visible in 2061?
Will it be visible from SW united states or will i need to fly somewhere else to see it?
Also, will it be bright enough to see during the day?
I know there are other comets, but I want to see Halley's because its famous.

Don't you worry. Stay put at your own place (that is unless you are in the ice of Polar caps).
The Earth will rotate (making a full circle every 24 hours by your watch, that we call a "day") so that you get a good view of it (Halley's comet) wherever it is in the sky. The point is it should be bright enough to show up in the night (can't be viewed in the day side).

Halley's Comet will be visible over most of the world, but won't be bright enough to be visible in daylight. There are always comets visible in the sky, and often these can be seen without a telescope. The link below is a good guide to what's visible in a given month.

Halley's Comet is usually visible in both hemispheres.
It will not be bright enough to see during the day.
Yes, its famous but not because its the brightest (it was a disappointment in 1986 due to our distance from it at the time).

There will be a dozen or so bright comets for you to see long before Halley swings back around.
And no, no comet is bright enough to see in the daylight.
