Hi Hillbilly,
Yes, you can setup any of web based email account whether it is Yahoo, Gmail or any other in Microsoft Outlook by using the correct server settings.
But along with putting server information such as email address, outgoing/incoming server settings, port numbers etc. user have to follow a set of instructions for accurate configuration.

no you can't. its 2 completely separate email systems. you can connect outlook with Skype and other accounts, but not yahoo.
