Okay, so twice in a week I've noticed I've gone to the bathroom, wiped and noticed blood coming from my rectum. I don't know if its worms or hemorrhoids or what and I'm really scared... I'm 13 if it makes any difference (I'm not on my period btw). I don't feel any itching but ew who wants to go to the doctor to look at your bottom? Not me. Sorry guys and thanks.

You could have hemorrhoids or an anal fissure, those are the most common reasons.
Sorry but you will have to go to the doctor to know which one.
