Hmm, that sounds like a long research project. Perhaps the things you can say, the things you cannot say, and the reasons why they may be unpopular.

This pertains to the ability of a person to speak out in any way they choose.
Here are some examples you could write about giving your views.
1. abortion or anti-abortion
2. Gay rights (marriage vs. civil unions)
3. Political candidates (pros and cons)
4. Death penalty (pros and cons)
5. Global warming (is it proven it exists)
6. Legalizing marijuana (pros and cons)
7. Stem cell research (pros and cons)
