It's best to tell your doctor the truth, especially if it was unprotected sex. Just be open and honest with your doc, theyre there to help not judge, and everything is between you and the doctor

You can lie of course but I wouldnt suggest that! If you re uncomfortable with your doctor, visit another doctor who doesnt know you and be honest!
And btw, no matter what you say, the doctor has heard it before from another patient!!!

I wouldn't. The one thing about doctors is that they are not allowed to tell ANYONE. That's a rule of their job in the medical field.. They also need to know your actions so they know some of the things that caused it. One of those numbers will help them understand how much at risks you can be. Don't be afraid to tell the doctor.. They shouldn't be allowed to judge you it's not part of their job to do so. But don't lie.. I wouldn't... They might think it's something else that could be causing a disease and really confuse them.

Well, sure, you can. You can lie about anything to anybody.
It's not a good idea to do that, though. The doctor can't give you the best advice or treatments if they don't know the truth about your lifestyle.
