do you still have to take it out like you do with liquids and prescription medicine/?

no you don't need to take out disposable razors.
and you don't have to take out prescription medications either unless its a liquid. and even then you could always just put it in your liquids baggie if it meets the requirements.

I've never taken it out. And I've never bothered putting my liquids in a gallon bag either, even right after 9/11. I've never had any problems.
