How can I get rid of Gamecenter on an iPhone with ios7?
I recently downloaded the iPhone game Clash of Clans. I was really enjoying it for about a week, and suddenly it synched up to my brothers account, and I couldn't get mine back. I deleted the game, logged out of game center and redownloaded it. It still came up as my brothers game. I want my own game again. Is there a way to get rid of game center so that I can do this? I have an iPhone 4, if that helps.

You can't, every stock app is unremovable. What you could do is sign out of game center. If that doesn't work, sign in with your apple ID into game center, see if that works.
