how to get out of avast sandbox?

I have been using avast. i browse through the "sandbox" feature , but I feel its slowed down the computer . How do I get rid of avsat sandbox?

    go to control panel click uninstall programmes look for avast click uninstall it will ask to uninstall or change settings click change untick sandbox let it run voila no more sandbox

    -Open Avast (right-click the icon in the bottom right corner and click "Open avast! user interface")

    -in the bar on the left, click Tools

    -sandbox should be listed, and you should be able to remove or deactivate it there (I can't test this since I'm using the free version)
