Why does the USA have the highest UNWED mothers and CHILD Support cases in the WORLD?

While I would argue America does NOT have the highest number of unwed mothers and child support cases..... especially per capita.....I would agree we have far too many and make it almost advantageous to have children out of marriage

BTW Where in this question were Republican or Democrat mentioned?......where does it mention conservative or liberal? This is about morals and what is good for CHILDREN..... we actively promote single motherhood..... almost make it advantageous to have babies in a single parent home....!!! Where , jus a few years ago, having a baby out of marriage was an embarrassment..... a matter of shame.....today we celebrate it.....have special awards for high school students who are unwed mothers..... we made it so attractive a group of unwed teenage girls all went out and deliberately got pregnant for the "fun of it"

divorce rates are running about 50% and we don't care about children after they are born. This is plainly seen by the huge amount of food stamps and welfare used by children in foster care and on adoption.
