Does Riot Games reset League account's?

I just got back into League of Legends but, the only thing that seemed to reset was my wins. I'm level 10 and I just got around 4 wins now but, I remember winning games on the account. I'm not that bad and I wouldn't keep playing a game to level 10 if I lost every game. Can I get my stats back from Riot Games?

    Wins, as well as several other stats, are only for the current season in LoL. Season 4 started a few months ago.
