What should I do if two orders of laptops arrived at my house?

Hi, I recently ordered a laptop from Amazon.

One arrived a few days ago but today I was sent an exact same one but interestingly by another seller. I later realized that my first one was on a new-egg box.

I am 99% assured that I didn't order from two sites, not even by mistake as I didn't put a bit of credit account into newegg (although I did search there)...

If my credit card does not show order of 2 laptops, am I required to inquire with the seller?

Thank you..

Wait a week and see if they contact you and check your account daily. In case you're charged. Then wait another week. After that surly its yours.

Guess it depends on your conscience

Legally, anything you are sent that you didn't order is yours to keep. You just need to be sure that you haven't been charged for it.

Ethically and morally, you should send it back.

I would only contact them if they charged you for it. Don't open it in case you have to return it.
