Is Eli Manning a told 10 quarterback?

No simply because he's one of the most overrated QBs in NFL history. He has two Super Bowl rings sure, but look at him in the regular season. A QB who is only good in the playoffs and sucks in the regular season is NOT a complete QB. He's also very inconsistent. He's good, but not top 10. His stats also aren't spectacular like Brady's, Peyton's, Rodgers, Montana, etc.

If I made a full 32 list of every starting QB in the league, Eli would be 20-25.

There's good Eli and there's bad Eli. When there's bad Eli its like he throws the ball to nobody. In fact, i can't even tell what he's thinking. For a qb to be considered Elite he needs to be consistent and be able to especially perform under pressure. Such as Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady. Sure, Eli won against Tom 2x at the superbowl but at least Tom is more consistent in performance. I also think the NFL is rigged sometimes.

Eli is lucky that the Giants have a good defense. Otherwise we wouldn't see good Eli as much.

But it's not enough that when he's on he's good and he's off he's just not. an elite knows how to bring it everytime and only rarely or a few times he's off. With eli you don't really know.

Mutt Manning is only as good as the talent around him. People point to his two Super Bowl wins as proof that he's an elite QB but the truth is that New York's defense won those games by shutting down New England's offense. Mutt Manning only has a starting gig in the NFL because of his surname; if his last name was Jones he'd be the 3rd string QB in Buffalo.

Actually, it depends on his performance in football during the rest of his NFL career. If Eli Manning performs very well in football during the next several seasons, he will greatly improve his chances of becoming one of the Top 10 all-time greatest quarterbacks in NFL history, in the future.

Well here is 12 guys I would rather have than him as my starting QB today so I would say no:

brady, romo, rg3, peyton, rivers, big ben, cutler, rodgers, luck, ryan, brees, newton

overall Eli is a decent QB but he is too inconsistent to want. There are also a few other guys that I might want instead of him like tannehill and stafford so Eli would not be picked until probably like 15 or so. sorry if you are a giants fan.

Romo should definitely be on the list. Eli isn't top 15.

This season, no. Any other season, yes. Like Schaub, Eli will try to lead a crappy team to another ring but that's just not possible, the Giants need to fill in numerous holes on defense still (Signing DRC doesn't count as filling a hole).

He's top 10, but I never thought very highly of him. He's extremely inconsistent. He's lucky he's even holding on to those 2 rings. It's the only thing that's keeping him from being complete crab sh*t.

Take Romo off V's list and I will agree with it. I would rather have Wilson or Kaepernick too. And I am no Kap fan
