Is it HD programming? If yes, then change the aspect ratio to 16:9. Just set the resolution to the max it will accept.

i used a hole puncher to eliminate the last pixel problem by punching it trough with a small needle.
remember it it the bottom left pixel on sony tvs and the top right one on sharp or samsung ones, but if your tv is taiwaneese made before 2012 then you'd have to invert the above formula and add the negative aspect ratio to it in quaternions!!! this got rid of all my strange artifacts,, on one of me tv's it even unlocked a hidden mode that was projecting screen beyond the frame!!! be careful , punching the wrong pixel will void your warranty, take it to a electrical shop , they be happy to do it for you
