Laser Hair Removal?
I want to get laser hair removal treatment done on my upper lips, sideburns, and chin. How does the process exactly work? How much does it cost for all three together, and separately? What does it feel like? How long does it take for the hair to come back? And how does the hair come back, dark, light, very light, unnoticeable? :) thank you

Laser (No IPL) Prices / Per Treatment, Average Prices In America 2014
Upper Lip or Chin: $80-120
Full Face: $200-300
Generally laser hair removal treatment is not much more painful and it resembles a rubber band snapping against the skin for a quick second with each pulse. During the treatment, a cool laser tip, gel or spray is always used to increase comfort. So 90% of patients have a normal treatment can be completed. IPL may be painful than lasers to some people due to tendency to super heat epidermal melanin, but, the pain wasn't unbearable at all, nothing like the searing pain of waxing or Electrolysis
Strictly speaking the laser hair removal is not really permanent. This is largely due to the fact that laser can not really kill the follicles, it only forces the follicles into a prolonged dormancy and doesn't remove the follicle from the skin. Even the hair is removed, but the follicle remains intact. Each LHR treatment should cause a reduction of between 10-25% in hair growth. After 4-6 sessions, most people regardless of the kind of skin, male and female will see that the 80% to 90% of hairs is greatly reduced. Generally, people with lighter hair will maintain their results for around a year, people with darker hair may enjoy the benefits for up to 2 years.
Over time, scattered hairs may re-grow and the hair is now at a tolerable thickness and darkness.
Hair Reduction For Hair Color After 4-6 Sessions
Dark Hair : 80-95%
Red Hair : 50-70%
Blonde & Grey & White Hair : 10-30%

Laser hair removal varies depending on your skin complexion, hair thickness and skin sensitivity. A highly concentrated light is shined into hair follicles and the pigments in the follicle absorb the light. This is what destroys the hair.
You will need more than one session and you have upto 10 sessions depending on your hair type.
I would suggestion you going into your local practice and finding out what the best procedure based on your skin type.
