How would you describe this cloak like thing character is wearing/where can I find a similar pattern? see additional details for picture?
I am planning on cosplaying Nico Minoru and I've been looking at her outfits. How would you describe the fitted looking cloak/jacket she's wearing in the following pictures if you needed to find a similar pattern to it? A typical cloak pattern is too loose and flow-y.

It looks nothing like a cloak to me. More like a jacket with a peplum.
