icy head feeling months ago, now dealing with mental issues..?

About a year to six months ago I was in my dorm room watching TV with my girlfriend when I got a weird icy feeling in my head. Kind of like cold water running in my scalp. It happens a few times that night, and a few more times that semester but I don't recalls any other times. However, I've been experiencing body wide muscle twitching, brain fog, slight speech studdering, extreme leg fatigue, and daytime sleepiness for at least 5 months with no answer from docs. I'm only 20 and about done and fed up with all this, been worried about things like ALS and CJD the whole time along with MS and I don't know what to do....I get worse every day, can't afford a regular doctor and every time I go to the ER they let me go without a answer...what can I do before this gets too bad? Also been very irritable, having bad short term memory, and severely depressed.

Maybe try seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist who may be able to recommend a doctor who is cheaper and at least help you deal with the mental affects.
