Should I dye my hair black or blue?
You can probably see it in my picture, but I have a dirty blonde hair color that I hate. At first I wanted to dye my hair black, but now I am thinking about blue, I also wear black hoodie, I am not sure which would look better. also it might look weird with my facial hair.
What would I do about my eyebrows?

Go with the black. and shave....and the fun thing about dye is if you dont like how black looks, you can always go blue in a couple weeks
