Astronomy careers for someone bad at math?
Just wondering if there are any jobs/careers for people who are interested in the stars but aren't necessarily gifted at math.

Math is a skill that you have to practice to get better at. You might need a tutor but you can improve that skill if you try.
You'll need to do that if you want to pursue a career in astronomy or pretty much any other science.
You can improve your math skills in your spare time using resources found online. One is Khan Academy, which offers free math lessons. Another thing you could do is go to the Mathematics section on Yahoo Answers and try to help other people solve math problems they're having trouble with. If you can explain how to solve the problem, that's one more thing you know how to do.

Math is of great importance.If u wanna do something in astronomy, you have to be a good mathematician as well

they always need people to sweep floors and clean windows.
i know it's trendy, but this "i'm bad at math" fad annoys me. mathematics is the tool that makes science and engineering work. without the tools you have no science or engineering.
