questions dont say who asked them?

Put the mouse over the picture of the person - avatar - and it'll give you the name, what percent best answers, etc.

I noticed that lately and it's annoying because sometimes based on question you can't tell if it's a guy or girl and that helps putting question in perspective.

Highlight over their avatar and you see the username. It's a new feature, I don't know why, but it's there.
