Is this enough to run Windows 7?

Dell Inc. OptiPlex 755

2.33 gigahertz Intel Core2 Duo

64 kilobyte primary memory cache

4096 kilobyte secondary memory cache

Harddisk: 80.00 GB

RAM: 1 GB

Current OS: Windows XP SP3

    more ram and a bigger hdd. will run you about 100$ (I'm guessing high as your old computer won't support modern parts) but if you insist make sure to get the 32bit as thats probably all your old machine can handle. sorry you got kicked off of winXP. also if its been 12 years since your last computer i think its time to invest in a new one. you could get a great machine fur your needs for around 250-350$ (but don't get a chrome book)

    sure, but wouldn't be the ideal performance. 4gb would be preferable on ramm. your going to also lose a lot of hard drive space for just the OS so fair warning there. now drivers might be an issue.

    it will work, but as Dude in Canada said, you need more RAM and a bigger hard drive

    Sure..But your operating system processing will be very slow,also your ram is very less..!
