I know this is a bit much to ask for but if you know of any comedic 1 minute monologues, but with bits of dramatic mixed in
And vice versa dramatic 1 min monologue with bits of comedy.
Maybe even a dark comedy if possible

How the hell do we know what your type is, what your style is, what your strengths are? Let alone what plays you like to read... Maybe hit a library. Find a few monologue books, find something that appeals to you then read the play it's from.
If you want a couple of non-shitty sites with monologues, try http://youthplays.com/monologues or http://www.arthurjolly.com/monologuesM.html .... they both have really good monologues, but whether they will have something that works for you... who knows?
hint: Google search for "dramedy" and "seriocomic" monologues.
