should I change my birth control?

I've been on the rigevidon pill since Janurary and have been sexually active with my boyfriend since then. Last week I started getting a little brown discharge and felt itchy down there, this has gone on for a week now and the itching has gone but the discharge is still there with a little blood as well. I have been taking the pill packets back to back without the 7 day break and have been taking them at the same time everyday. I'm going to go the doctors tomorrow but I'm scared that I'm either pregnant or have an std. Or do I just need to try a different birth control?
