What's the name of this children's tv show?

I can't exactly remember the name of it, nor can I remember the plot, but I can distinctly remember a pink-haired girl in a pink dress. The show isn't a cartoon, and I remember watching it on Nickelodeon. I think it was something along the lines of...Sleepy Town? Thanks for your help!:)

    LazyTown is correct.. the pink haired girl is named Stephanie, her and superhero named Sporticus teach the town that exercise is and healthy living is a better way.. the show still airs on NBC on saturday mornings, part of the NBC KIDS line up
