The person I was talking to on Skype all of a sudden could't hear me anymore?
Her laptop lost power temporarily because the battery wasn't charged enough and it wasn't plugged in. When we re-established a connection, she could no longer hear me. I ran a call test and I could hear my voice loud and clear. Any suggestions?

This is a common problem. You should check your microphone setting. Tools-option-audio setting and select the correct microphone. Also make sure that her speaker volume is high. Also suggest her to check about the sound driver. Like as u stated sometimes certain drivers fails to load due to unexpected shutdown. First close all the application and tell her to restart her laptop. Hope this helps.
