killer cavity? neurological issues in young male?

Ive had a cavity for 2 years because of a lack of insurance and funds to get it pulled...recently as much as 6 months ago I started experiencing muscle twitches, insomnia, sensitivity to light, slight hearing loss, random nausea and dizziness, right after the cavity stopped hurting. I also have a feeling of pressure around my head, as if I'm wearing a hat when I'm not. Being a college student, I have been too busy to take care of my health issues until lately, but with these symptoms I'm afraid it's too late to fix the damage. Any suggestions, such as a specialist to see or an antibiotic to take until I can get it pulled. I'm so scared

"Any suggestions, such as a specialist to see or an antibiotic to take until I can get it pulled." -- I don't know that you have an infection. I'm not saying you don't, but I'm not saying you do, either. I would expect a tooth abscess and you haven't mentioned that you're currently in pain. You need to see a dentist. I don't what kind of "specialist" you had in mind, but you need to see a dentist. Explain your circumstances. Many places will arrange a payment plan.

Dental issues left untreated can lead to heart conditions that can be life threatening and permanent. Call your dentist and see if they can put you on a payment plan. If you do not have a dentist, look in your local phone book, as many dentists will give you an initial free cleaning, x-rays and consultation for new patients. Having no money or no insurance is a lame excuse. You can also contact your local health department as they will have weekly dental clinics and they are always free.

If you have a Hispanic area of your town--you can get it pulled for just about $100.
