I'm being bullied?

There are a many different people who bully me, with the main reason being that I am weird. I accept that I am weird but feel it is no excuse for bullying. They have been calling me names, and saying very negative things about me. For example, when I say something, they might say "Shut up George, nobody gives a ****". They sometimes block my way when trying to get to a lesson, and if we're doing an science experiment, I can't get into a group without them blocking me out, a part from when we have to clear up, which they'll make me do everything. They often take my stuff, such as my stationary and my tie (we have to wear clip on). I have also been slapped around the face and hit with books numerous times. Some of them only do this stuff when they're with others, whereas they may be nice to me when they're on their own.

I am planning on telling a teacher at school tomorrow about what's been happening to me. But what I want to know is what will be their response? Will they tell my parents? What will they do to the bully's? Will they tell them of, or give them detention or isolation? Thanks for any advice you have for me :)

Update:

Even though it's only 2 days from Easter, should I still do so?

Yeah, probably you should tell your teacher(s).

When I told one of my teachers that I was being bullied, she went straight to those bullies and took them to the principal's office. Our principal gave them a punishment and all my friends and I were laughing while watching those fat bullies dancing, jumping and amusing our whole class like idiots. After that they got detention and no my teachers didn't said anything to my parents unless i wanted to.

    Don't worry!

Personally, I wouldn't tell the teacher. It may stop the bullying in the classroom but it will never stop it all together in fact it could make matters worse.

The boys are just looking for attention and banter and if I were you I would give it back with witty comebacks which belittle them infront of their friends. For example when they tell you to shut up just say "I shut your mum up last night" comments like this will get classroom clown laughs and embarrass the boy and eventually he will begin to respect you!

Just an idea anyway, it's how it worked at my school.

Sully is partially right put some muscle on but you should try to get help first. If this doesn't help and you are still bullied to the point where they are physically hurting you then kick some ***.
